In January 2009, Fusionplast organized a visit to Fusion premises in Chesterfield with some clients and colleagues

They could see all the factories and divisions of the group, especially the production process for fittings and machines.

That was a pleasant trip where several companies around Spain could exchange their knowledge.

QBOX: THE NEW ELECTROFUSION MACHINE

The new Fusion electrofusion machine, the QBOX, has been launched after several years of studies and trials. The aim was to improve AM65 and AM85 features.

The new QBOX design is made to ensure high-visibility and contribute to site safety as well as to improve the interaction between the worker and the machine. A top quality high definition LCD display has been incorporated to make the step-by-step guidance easy to read. The QBOX’s operating system is pre-programmed in over ten languages and these can be switched at the touch of a button. The cast aluminum case protects from heat.

Flexibility is the key Word for QBOX when it comes to data collection, transfer and download. It can also be upgraded to incorporate a barcode reader.

QBOX meets all the certificates and approvals of the gas industry GIS/ECE1:2006 and also ISO standards 12176-2.
